Artist's Comments
This is a picture of Cade's Cove, an area my family visited a few years back on vacation. I believe it's in the Smoky Mountains...
Anyways, it was an ink picture I started in July to keep myself occupied over summer, and I procrastinated and just finished it this October. I put a really light color overlay on top to give it more of an antiquey feel.
Aaah that's gorgeous. The sepia tones are so calming. I love the variety of textures, it feels so real and yet definitely keeps that traditional "sketched" look. Beautiful.

It´s a impressive demonstration of traditional art and what ink can do.
Congratulations.
